Note

On Dec. 06, 1884, David B. purchased "a strip of ground on the south side of Lot numbered six [6] in Patterson's Addition to City of Farmington. Said strip is five [5] feet wide and runs the whole length of said lot 6 as shown on the plat of said Addition on record in the Recorder's Office of St. Francois County, MO." He paid two dollars for this parcel. It is recorded in Book 33, page 492.
On Apr 16, 1888 David and Tilly sold the west end of Lot 6 and the above mentioned 5 feet to E. E. Swink for one hundred dollars. Recorded in book 33, page 280
On Oct 01, 1888 David bought all of lots 7 & 8 of Block 5 from E. E. Swink for one hundred dollars. Recorded in book 38, page 401
On Nov 27, 1888, David and Tilly sold the east half [+the five feet] to E. E. Swink for six hundred dollars. Recorded in book 38, page 64
On Jan 14, 1889, David bought Lot number 5 in Langs second subdivision for seven hundred dollars. Recorded in book 38, page 402
